Dimple-t introduces cooled side walls

Product temperature differences can cause quality and or storage problems.

A worldwide novelty are the cooled sidewalls. The casing of Dimple-t solids coolers can be made of single embossed Dimple-Plates. This results in proper cooling of the outer flowchannels as well.

With traditional plate type coolers these channels are only cooled by 1 side = 50% of the heat transfer surface. Esspecially for relatively small product flowrate applications this can have a big impact on the properties of the solids.

Dimple-t offers this feature and eliminates unwanted product temperature differences caused by un uncooled side wall.
